Book Your ATC Slot

Use this page to book your ATC slot in the Curaçao FIR. Bookings are visible immediately.

Information & Rules

• You may freely switch between Zulu and local time when making your booking.


• Bookings should be made at least two (2) hours in advance.


• Booking length is limited to a maximum of three (3) hours per calendar day (UTC).


• Booked sessions take precedence over unbooked ATC sessions when made at least two (2) hours in advance.


• Mentor, Instructor, and OTS sessions take precedence over any overlapping bookings.


• Please try to avoid deleting bookings within two (2) hours of the scheduled start time.


• No-shows are recorded and may result in exclusion from the booking system.
